A panel will review the 2018 Dec. Freedom Magazine Award. Michael Tolulope Emmanuel, novelist, poet and short fiction writer sits as the Chairperson of this judging panel.
The craft of writing, if likened to a track, has been run by so many great names. Our minds travel back to Homer, to Shakespeare, the Bronte sisters, and the trailblazer writer, Achebe. To become a part of what these ones have created, to join history and write history, and to be blessed with competitions that allow writers explore this beautiful thing we call writing, is truly a privilege. It is our hope that writers would continue to see writing contests, such as this, as a medium to stretch, grow, break grounds, and pen stories that transform. – Micheal Emmanuel (Chair, Panel of Judges).
