What we put together is an experience of literature that excites and entices you to love and understand more of Africa. After thorough review and selection by our panel of judges we present you the top 11 out of more than 60 entries received. In “Burn”, which is our third edition of the Freedom Magazine, you will read from the shortlist and featured writers.

Y’all did a wonderful job, every feature, poem, fiction story, everything was beautiful.
Not to forget the design as well.
The last feature piece by Kavenji got me big time.
