CFWriterz is pleased to announce the longlist for the December 2020 Collins Elesiro Literary Prize. The list of twenty (20) writers contains prose and poetry entries.

Submissions explored a variety of themes, and in a year that has witnessed not a few disruptions, our readers were thrilled to engage the experiences of writers conveyed through stories about heartbreaks, family, loss, and the devastating consequences of police brutality.

Our judges will announce a shortlist in the coming days. The best three entries receive a split N100,000 cash prize and the offer of an e-book publishing deal worth N60,000. All shortlisted entries as well as select longlisted entries would be featured in the CFW (Itanile) Freedom Magazine.

Sequel to the publication of the magazine later this month, we are making a call for partners. For as low as N5000, you would get mentions in our publications & adverts, social media features with a reach of over 10,000 persons, and emails to our mailing list spotlighting your work or organization. You can email us at [email protected] for ad spaces & pricing (with the subject – Ad Spaces & Pricing). We look forward to working with you.
